HIRING BONUSES
We value our employees and welcome them in to our McFamily by offering various hiring bonuses based on job level. Crew are eligible to receive $100 after 30 days of employment, and another $100 after 90 days and satisfactory performance. Managers will receive a $1,000 bonus after 6 months and completion of training.
